Wowie Mark! I worked on a paper last winter which had to do with the origins of the Canadian Educational system and more particularly on the residential school system... And that Robinson is right, our schools are still very much borrowing from a teaching style that began in the 19th century. The idea of a time schedule for example...where every little child goes by the clock... instead of learning at their own pace and in a freer style...Very interesting. I was looking at your list of people you interviewed. How very *you*...so cool. I felt like listening to you tonight. A kiss to your two bright little stars and also a special hello to Andrea, the sweetest Andrea in the Glebe.
