It was an incredible experience to speak with Canadian veterans of World War II and the Korean War today, before and after the Remembrance Day ceremonies at the Cenotaph in Ottawa. Some of the highlights are included in this show – many are not because the interviews were too emotional and personal for those with whom I spoke.

Special thanks to Bruce Murray, Bob Goyetche and Dr. Peter Chen for fulfilling last minute contribution requests.

Note: Remembrance Day used with permission of Sandee Bathgate and Bryan Adams, and The Bantry Girls Lament / The Ol’ Yellow House used with permission of Mort Gross on behalf of The Duhks. These songs are not covered by the terms of Electric Sky’s Creative Commons license.
