For the first time in recorded history, on-air radio talent was rained out when lingering showers forced the cancellation of today’s noon-hour performances of Locked Out Live and Radio Cadenas. According to representatives of locked-out weatherman, Ian Black, we are expecting mostly sun tomorrow, with a high of 23 celcius.
