RECOMMENDATIONS –

1.END THE LOCKOUT
2.GET STRONG MEDIATOR
3.PUT NEGOTIATORS AND MEDIATOR IN LOCKED ROOM
4.FEED THEM ONLY MEAGRE MEALS UNTIL PROBLEMS SOLVED

WITH THE GREAT SURPLUS ON HAND, OUR GOVERNMENT SHOULD PROVIDE INCREASED SUPPORT FOR OUR TRULY CANADIAN COMMUNICATOR.
